Will callers know it is an AI?

If someone asks, the agent says it is an automated assistant for your business. It does not pretend to be a person. Most callers just want their problem handled and do not mind.

What if it cannot answer a question?

It says it does not know, takes a message, and flags the call for you. It never guesses at prices, availability, or anything you have not approved.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You forward your existing number, or just the calls you miss, to the agent. You can turn forwarding off at any time from your phone.

What about call recordings and privacy?

Calls are recorded and transcribed only if you want that, and we help you add the disclosure your state requires. Your data is yours, and we delete it if you leave.

Which phone and calendar systems work?
